Amazing $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

After a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time available until Dec. 2. The Main Attraction

Bundle Tiers

Basic Package

The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
